June 11 – 13  9am – 11am

Ages 8 and up  Because singing and dancing go together like best friends, we at MSDA have created the perfect experience for your performer to take their love of dancing to a completely new level. Campers will learn an original song all about finding their place in performing arts. They will learn a wide-ranging dance routine full of great choreography and staging. The campers will learn to be comfortable interacting with others on stage and what it is like to be an important piece of the puzzle they are performing. All of that, while singing their hearts out to an uplifting and appropriate song for young people that love the performing arts. There will not be a formal performance at the end of the camp, however, we will shoot a video and everyone will receive a link to view and share with friends. All participants will need jazz shoes and dance clothes.

Bringing his experience from performing on Broadway and in Hollywood, Mr. Thommie will give the dancers of MSDA an experience they won’t soon forget and one that they can bring with them to all of the classes and performances they attend at MSDA in the future.
